Professional Experience

 

Kelli Fly is the Senior Managing Director for the Americas Business Services Organization. Based in Memphis, Kelli is responsible for providing property to fund level accounting, reporting and administration services to real estate owners and institutional investment managers, as well as providing accounting services to CBRE’s global occupier clients. Kelli has direct oversight of the shared service centers in Memphis, Minneapolis, Phoenix, and Toronto and CBRE’s Business Process Outsourcing providers. Kelli leads a combined team of 1,100 financial professionals and 260 outsourced resources providing accounting services for her internal and external clients.

Kelli joined CBRE in 2009 in Global Workplace Solutions Client Accounting, where she began as a Senior Controller managing Financial Reporting teams. From this role, Kelli moved into a role overseeing the Shared Services departments for Global Workplace Solutions including Technology, Learning & Development, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance, Process Improvement, and Treasury & Cash Management. Her role expanded to include direct oversight of the Americas Global Workplace Solutions Accounting Services teams along with global responsibilities for compliance, outsourcing strategy and management, and technology. Kelli has a proven track record of achieving results through process re-engineering, transformation, automation and optimization initiatives.

Prior to joining CBRE, Kelli was the Executive Manager at Global Cotton Recovery, LLC, for eight years.
