Professional Experience
Bernie McNamara is Global Head of Investor Services and Solutions for CBRE Global Investors. Mr. McNamara joined the firm in 2018 and is responsible for client engagement activities globally, including the development of customized portfolio solutions within and across real estate and other real asset categories. As part of his portfolio solutions role, Mr. McNamara works in partnership with the firm’s Investor Services, Research and Investment personnel to help deliver on investors’ objectives. He is also a member of the Global Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. McNamara, who began his career in the investment management industry in 1996, joined the firm from J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he most recently served as Global Head of Alternatives Investment Strategy and Solutions. In that role he focused on designing and implementing multi-asset portfolio solutions across alternative investments, including global real estate, infrastructure, private equity and other sectors, for institutional and retail investors globally..
Education
Mr. McNamara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
