Mr. Ilgenfritz is an Executing Banker at CBRE Affordable Housing, where his primary focus is managing transactions from engagement to closing.

Mr. Ilgenfritz has more than six years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining CBRE, Blake served various underwriting and origination roles with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's affordable housing platform and specialized in the structuring of mortgage loans and credit enhancements for transactions including tax-exempt bond financed projects, LIHTC projects, and Section 8 projects. Blake brings with him extensive knowledge of Freddie Mac TAH, Fannie Mae MAH, and FHA loan programs.
