Professional Experience
Jennifer Leitsch is Vice President, Corporate Responsibility at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Jennifer leads the company's sustainability and corporate responsibility strategy and disclosure, including the annual Corporate Responsibility Report and responses to stakeholder inquiries regarding CBRE’s environmental, social and governance practices. She is on the leadership team for CBRE Cares, the company’s charitable giving and volunteering program.
Jennifer has an MBA and MS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential holder. Jennifer was trained by Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader.
Jennifer chairs the Advisory Council for the Managing for Sustainability program at the University of Colorado Denver Business School. She is a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council, representing business enterprise while advising the GRI Board of Directors on strategic issues. She is also a member of the SASB Standards Advisory Group (SAG). In 2019, Jennifer was named to both the Environment + Energy Leader 100 and the Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leaders.
