Jon Faulkenberg

Jon is currently Executive Vice President at CBRE Group, INC. CBRE recently acquired Capstone Financial, in which Jon was a founding partner. His background includes 15 years of commercial real estate banking, including credit review, origination, and management of loan officers. Jon has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions over his career. Prior to starting Capstone Financial, Jon worked at large banks, including Fifth Third, Old National Bank, and Franklin Bank, where he anticipated in all aspects of banking including acquisitions of large loan portfolios.

Jon also has extensive experience in accounting, including a specialization in taxation gained while at a CPA firm prior to banking.

Education
