Justin Fitchett

Professional Experience

 

Mr. Fitchett is an Executing Banker at CBRE Affordable Housing, where his primary focus is managing transactions from engagement to closing. Mr. Fitchett has more than 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to his role as Executing Banker, Mr. Fitchett was a Senior Underwriter and with CBRE’s Affordable Housing team for three years. Before joining CBRE, he served in various underwriting roles with PGIM Real Estate Finance’s affordable housing platform where he specialized in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions. Justin brings with him extensive knowledge of both Freddie Mac TAH and Fannie Mae MAH programs.
