Professional Experience

Nate Holash specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage facilities throughout the southern region in the United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Nate spent 10 years working for W.M. Lyles Co. as a Project Engineer managing different projects from their initial conception to the commencement of the project. A few of the significant assignments he was responsible for managing include the CR&R Biogas Facility project of 2014, the Palmdale Dewatering project of 2012-2014, The Palmdale Phase 1 Plant Expansion project of 2008-2012, the Indio Water Authority Facilities Upgrades project of 2007-2008, and the Indio Activated Sludge Plant/Sludge Dewatering Facilities project of 2006-2008. Collectively, these projects required an approximate project budget in excess of 228 million.
