Professional Experience
Robert H. Brennan has been an investment advisor with CBRE since 1987. Mr. Brennan has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate specializing exclusively in the placement of traditional sale -leasebacks and ground sale leaseback equity investment offerings as well as existing single-tenant net lease and ground lease properties throughout North America. In 2001, he co-founded CBRE's National Sale Leaseback Group.
Mr. Brennan has completed investment transactions totaling over $2 billion in gross consideration during his career. In 2003, Mr. Brennan was promoted to Senior Vice President, one of the highest producer titles in the firm.
Mr. Brennan formerly served on the board of directors of two publicly traded companies, Oromin Explorations, Ltd. (TSE: OLE) as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee and Q-Lotus Holdings, Inc. (OTC: QLTS) as independent director. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Brennan worked in the audit division of Peat, Marwick, Mitchel & Co (kna KPMG).
