Spencer Hurst

Mr. Hurst is a Vice Chairman at CBRE Affordable Housing. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Hurst was a first vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap and partner and national director at Tax Credit Group, where he was involved in executing over $10 billion in sales and financing transactions. With over 15 years in investment real estate, his primary focuses are client service delivery, transaction execution, and business development.
