In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Webster A. Collins is a real estate appraiser, real estate counselor and specialist in the purchase and sale of income producing property at CBRE/New England. His experience extends more than 40 years and includes the completion of over 6,000 assignments involving over $36.6 billion in property. He is part of a nine-person team and has completed assignments in most major cities within the United States. He co-chairs the CBRE/NE Litigation Support group and Advisory Services group. He has testified in all New England states as well as seven other states and was on the winning team in the largest damages cases in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
